Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities and Expectations:

- Communicating with supplier and customer operations, and other stakeholders to schedule deliveries and ensure the accuracy of information in shipping records - Coordinating with the supply and sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers - Maintaining records of shipments to identify patterns in shipping errors or delays - Supporting the implementation and maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans, and similar data. - Maintaining schedules and deadlines - Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments. - Monitoring product quality and quantity through cooperation with inspection organizations - Coordinating the use of warehouses or other storage facilities to ensure efficient use of space - Preparing bills of lading and other shipping documents such as customs declarations and insurance policies - Coordinating shipments with customs officials to ensure compliance with international shipping laws

Education Requirements:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is often a requirement. - + 3 years of experience in related industry
